  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 250g frozen strawberries
  • 200g frozen banana
  • dash if vanilla
  • 10g hemp seeds
Toppings: our date-sweetened and oil-free PB cookies, crumble on top

  • 1/2 cup powdered almond butter
  • 2T almond butter
  • 4T date paste
  • 1 cup water
Bread: 8 slices ezekiel bread, cubed
Topped with my homemade Instant Pot Soy yoghurt & Blueberries

DINNER RECIPE
Trader’s Joe tofu bowl

Makes about 1 serving
  • 2 cups of Trader Joe’s Riced Cauli Stir Fry
  • 1/2 cup Trader’s Joe’s Frozen Edamame
  • 1 serving Trader Joe’s Sriracha tofu
Method: Chop tofu with kitchen scissors and dump all into a bowl. Add a splash of water and microwave for 3 minutes.
